Jerry is the Program Coordinator for the PSA 2 Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, serving communities in Northern California. He has worked in the Ombudsman program since 2020, supporting residents and families as they navigate concerns about care, resident rights, and life in long-term care facilities.

Jerry values the chance to listen to residents, help them understand their options, and make sure their wishes remain at the center of decisions about their care. He joined the CLTCOA board to support Ombudsman representatives across California and strengthen the advocacy residents rely on.
