Andrea Camera is the Program Coordinator for the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program of Humboldt and Del Norte Counties on California’s beautiful North Coast. She has a background in social services, long-term care, and advocacy for older adults. Before becoming an Ombudsman, Andrea served as the Director of an Adult Day Health Care program and held several nonprofit roles focused on supporting and advocating for seniors. Her career working with older adults began in Assisted Living, where she gained firsthand insight into the challenges within the long-term care system.

Andrea spends her free time rock climbing and as a team member of Humboldt Roller Derby by the derby name Furious George. Andrea is motivated to furiously advocate for residents of long-term care!
