Brittney Willis is a Long-Term Care Ombudsman Supervisor for the County of San Diego’s Health and Human Services Agency, Aging & Independence Services. She leads staff and volunteers in advocating for the safety, dignity, and rights of long‑term care residents. A certified Ombudsman for three years, Brittney also brings prior experience in complex medical case management, managed healthcare plans, and senior services. She holds a master’s degree in human services. Outside of her work supporting long-term care residents, Brittney enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exploring the beautiful San Diego beaches.
