Tabatha Sebastian serves as the Director of the San Bernardino County Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program with Wise & Healthy Aging. She leads a dedicated team of advocates, interns, and volunteers who work every day to make sure residents living in long-term care are heard, respected, and supported. Tabatha works closely with community partners, regulatory agencies, and long-term care providers to address resident concerns, strengthen advocacy efforts, and promote awareness of residents’ rights. She is passionate about ensuring that older adults and individuals living in long-term care have a voice and are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
